How did your application process go?
The application process was very positive overall. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and appreciated. What was particularly positive was the opportunity to get to know the company's services and day-to-day work. This allowed me to get to know exciting projects that were being worked on, and I also had a lot of flexibility in terms of the tasks I could take on during my dual studies.
Why did you choose this job?
I was impressed by the development potential of the company and its future orientation, which motivated me to develop my skills and knowledge at this company. In addition, the opportunity to continuously learn new skills appealed to me.
What does your typical working day look like?
My work day starts at 8:00 am. The first thing I do is check important emails. After that, I head to the testing room where the devices for my automation app are located. Here I dedicate myself to programming and work on developing the app functionality. During the development process, I regularly test the app functionality with different devices to make sure it works smoothly. My workday is flexible as I am always looking for new ways to improve automation. There is no set routine as new ideas and tasks come up all the time. In order to implement my ideas in the best possible way, I regularly exchange ideas with my colleagues and ask for their suggestions and ideas. This collaboration allows me to incorporate different perspectives and find innovative solutions. Sometimes I even have to set up the hardware myself, such as preparing cables, soldering and similar tasks. This requires manual dexterity and the ability to integrate different technical components. Overall, my day-to-day work is characterized by a combination of programming, testing, constant brainstorming and collaboration with colleagues.
What is special about your job?
What makes my job special are the diverse aspects that inspire and motivate me every day. One of the outstanding qualities is the flexibility to contribute my own ideas. I really appreciate that my company fosters an environment where creativity and innovative approaches to solutions are highly valued. I have the freedom to bring my ideas to the projects and thus have a direct impact on the work and the results. Another fantastic aspect of my job is the regular exchange of ideas with my colleagues. We have an inspiring work environment where we collaborate openly and cooperatively. Dialog and collaboration with colleagues from different disciplines allows us to benefit from each other's experience and knowledge. This often results in innovative approaches to solutions. What also excites me is the fact that every day I have the opportunity to learn something new and continuously develop. My job is characterized by constant change and progress. This dynamic day-to-day work challenges me to continuously expand my knowledge and skills. I value these learning opportunities very much, as they not only strengthen my professional competence, but also contribute to my personal growth.
What challenges does your job bring?
My job comes with some challenges that make it exciting. In an ever-evolving industry, it is a continuous challenge to come up with innovative ideas to meet the changes. In addition, my job requires me to constantly look for solutions and quickly adapt to new projects. It is important to stay up to date and continuously educate yourself to meet the demands. A high willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize myself with new topics are crucial to being effective and successful in my job. However, these challenges motivate me and provide opportunities to expand my skills and grow personally.

My team is characterized by collaboration, a strong sense of purpose, and mutual support. Our diversity of backgrounds and expertise allows us to benefit from different perspectives and successfully accomplish all tasks. This feedback culture allows us to bring in new ideas and continuously develop ourselves.
