What makes working at ARRK Engineering so special for you?
Working for ARRK was my very first job, after graduating from university. As a student, I worked and studied partly in Asia, so my initial plan was always to start in an international company, too.
In 2002, I might not have believed to stay in my first company for over 20 years now. Why did I?
Working at ARRK still feels like working in a family business, yet at the same time we became the international company that I intended to join, initially. That is what makes it special to me.

What are the challenges in your field?
Safety in the mobility business is a truly universal value. So what does it mean?
Society, now more than ever, is not willing to compromise on safety when it comes to mobility. This is a universal value, across all market trends, forms of mobility or cultures worldwide.
The goal to achieve maximized safety in mobility, remains our goal. Now, and in the future.
What is your area contributing to the car of the future?
When we talk about cars of the future, within the two main global trends of electric mobility and higher levels of automated driving, the topic of safety is not to be compromised.
These trends reveal even new challenges with respect to safety issues – challenges we have to face and where we provide solutions for our customers.
